The legal function is being built from the ground up, offering a unique opportunity to shape its future.Your New RoleThis newly created role offers a unique opportunity to support the legal function in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be the team's first paralegal and a trusted contributor across a wide range of legal and business initiatives. You'll work closely with departments including sales, marketing, HR, procurement, and engineering, providing legal support that enables strategic decision-making and risk management.Key responsibilities include: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and supply agreementsProviding practical legal advice across the businessSupporting contract and records management in line with UK GDPRAssisting with dispute resolution and legal risk mitigationContributing to ESG and sustainability initiativesDeveloping legal training materials and guidance for non-legal colleaguesSupporting special projects and cross-functional collaboration This is a chance to help shape a legal func
