As an Implementation Consultant you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills. Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problems, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.
You would be supporting our Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM), forming part of a global team across Europe, North America, India and South Africa.

Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing implementations with knowledge in shareholder monitoring, and/or sensitive industry reporting? Your industry expertise will be the key to success in this dynamic role.
Starting with implementations for Signal, you may have the chance to evolve and expand your impact in the longer term, supporting additional products as the company grows. As an Implementation Consultant responsible for Signal, beyond execution, you'll work closely with product and development teams, ensuring your insights directly shape and refine our offerings.

Experience & Background
- 7+ years’ experience in investment compliance, either:
- Within a compliance function at an asset manager, or
- In a consulting or implementation role at a software vendor or consultancy.
- Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to lead conversations with authority and credibility.
- Hands-on experience configuring or implementing compliance platforms.
Technical / Regulatory Knowledge
- Substantial shareholding legislation and disclosure rules
- Sensitive industries legislation and regulatory obligations
- Position limits legislation
- SEC regulatory filings, including 13G and 13F-2
- Strong data and gap analysis capabilities, including detailed knowledge of asset type treatment
Consulting Capability
- Ability to advise, challenge, and guide clients with confidence
- A genuine desire to remain hands-on across client engagement and system setup
- Strong problem-solving approach with exceptional analytical understanding
