Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations, providing expert guidance to clients navigating their immigration journeys. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The Immigration Consultant will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible advice and support throughout their application processes.
Ideally someone who has a following of private immigration clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice on immigration options and processes to clients.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough data entry and maintain accurate client records in relevant systems such as ATS, HRIS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Manage social media platforms to promote services and engage with potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their application status and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Organise and manage administrative tasks related to client consultations and documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, data entry processes, and administrative functions is essential.
- Experience using software such as Workday or Taleo is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction.
- A background in human resources or social media management would be beneficial but not mandatory.
