Direct Response Video Editor Location: Remote Rate: Based on experience Experience: 2+ years editing short-form video ads for eCommerce Role Type: Full-Time / Part-time or Freelance (We are flexible) We make performance creative for eCommerce brands.. You’ll be joining a small, senior team working on fast-moving projects. We are looking for skilled video editors. What you’ll be doing - Editing short-form performance ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok - Crafting compelling, scroll-stopping edits using proven direct-response structures and frameworks - Cutting from raw UGC, VO, b-roll, and testimonials to build fresh concepts - Collaborating with our creative strategists to develop ad concepts from moodboard to export - Tracking creative trends, hooks, and formats across social platforms - Owning the post-production pipeline for your assigned projects - Managing internal feedback rounds and creatively iterating fast What we’re looking for: - 2+ years editing video ads for eCom, DTC, or digital products - Fluent in video editing fundamentals, with strong pacing, text animation, and music sync skills - Obsessed with social - you instinctively know what looks native on TikTok vs Meta - A portfolio that shows real performance editing - Strong communicator - Good english and you’re comfortable on Slack and Zoom, open to feedback, and proactive with updates - Able to work autonomously with speed, quality, and clear priorities Bonus: you’ve dabbled in After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut and aren’t scared of AI tools like VEO3, Runway or Pika.
