Location: Remote Rate: Based on experience Experience: 2+ years designing for eCommerce Role Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (Flexible) We design performance creatives for eCommerce brands. You’ll join a small senior team working on fast-moving campaigns where both brand integrity and sales performance matter. We’re looking for a designer who can blend clean, on-brand design with direct-response logic. What you’ll be doing - Designing Meta ads (static graphic designs) that look like the brand but sell like DR ads - Turning angles, claims, and testimonials into compelling layouts that stop scroll and drive action - Working with assets from brand kits, UGC, founders, and client libraries to build new designs - Collaborating with strategists to translate briefs into high-clarity, high-intent creatives - Iterating fast based on performance feedback and new hypotheses - Maintaining brand consistency while optimising for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion - Staying on top of both DR trends and brand-forward design standards in the DTC space What we’re looking for - 2+ years designing for eCom, DTC, or digital products - Portfolio that clearly shows both brand polish and direct-response function - Strong mastery of type, spacing, hierarchy, and layout for quick comprehension - You understand why a creative works (not just how to make it look good) - Strong communicator - good level of English - Can work autonomously with speed, precision, and clear priorities Bonus if you: - Are comfortable using AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway etc) for ideation / asset generation What you’ll get - Remote-first, async-friendly workflow - Clear structured briefs - Compensation tied to experience and proven portfolio To apply send: Your portfolio of Meta ads (must include creatives like in the google drive folder in the description above)
