We produce large volumes of product imagery for creative/AI workflows. We need precise cutouts: the product isolated on transparent background, edges clean and accurate. Subjects are mostly consumer products, with occasional furniture, cars, or other objects. Some images have multiple products. What you’ll do: - Segment the product(s) so only the subject remains (transparent background). - Keep original resolution; no upscaling or downscaling. - Deliver one files per image: — RGBA PNG cutout (transparent background) - Name outputs to match the original filenames - Upload to our shared folder. All images are reviewed and approved on our side. Quality bar (must-have) - Edges must follow the product exactly, no halos, no leftover background. - Anti-aliasing on; contract 0.5–1 px for hard edges; refine edge for hair/fur/fabric. (we wont have many of these types of images) Tools & skills - Strong pen-tool/paths and selection skills in Photoshop, Affinity Photo, GIMP, or similar. - Able to handle complex shapes (handles, cables, perforations, spokes, plant leaves). - Reliable connection and consistent delivery against deadlines. Volume & timeline - Initial batch: 1,000 images (with potential for more). - We will hire multiple freelancers to move fast. Weekend availability is a plus. Payment - Per-image; starting at $0.50 for simple single-subject products. - Higher rates for complex cases (glass, hair/fur, intricate geometry). - Paid test provided.
