If you have a strong background in supporting Financial Advisers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client care are paramountIFA Administrator RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting its advisers and paraplanners in the day-to-day administration of client affairs. From processing applications to managing client communications, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.IFA Administrator Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing new business applications (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systemsPreparing and sending client documentation and valuationsLiaising with product providers to obtain information and updatesSupporting advisers in the preparation for client meetingsEnsuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with compliance requirements IFA Administrator RequirementsPrevious experience in an IFA / financial planning administration roleStrong knowledge of financial products and industry terminologyExcellent organisational and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailComfortable using financial planning software (e.g. Intelligent Office, XPlan, etc.)Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceSupportive and inclusive team environmentFull-time, office-base
