• Required Skills
• AS/400 COBOL 400: Advanced proficiency (4–7 years experience).
• Bug Reporting: Advanced proficiency and experience identifying errors in Job logs.
• RPGLE, CLLE, and RPG: Strong working knowledge for enhancements and development.
• Agile Methodology: Practical experience working in an Agile environment.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• IBM DB2/400
• IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV and RPG III
• Industry-specific experience (Preferable but not required).
• Candidate Traits
• Subject matter expert with the ability to manage team performance effectively.
• Strong collaborator capable of engaging with multiple teams.

• Job Responsibilities
• Design, build, and test web-based applications and site components.
