About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our poultry manufacturing site in Willand. Reporting into the Head of Technical, this role is critical to maintaining hygiene standards across a large, multi-retailer operation. You will lead the Hygiene function and manage a team of over 100 hygiene operatives, with direct reports including a Night Hygiene Manager and a Hygiene Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy slaughterhouse environment and requiring strong people management skills.
