We are developing Fishing Heaven Resort in Málaga, Spain — a world-first sportfishing and eco-tourism destination. The project includes three lakes (exotic dome lake, native lake, coldwater dome) with recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), rainwater harvesting, and smart refill systems. Total land area: ~39,000 m². Local permits require precise modeling of water draw, evaporation, refill logic, and flood control to comply with the Confederación Hidrográfica (CHG). What We Need We are seeking a Hydrologist / Water Resources Engineer to: • Validate our water balance model (lake volumes, evaporation, refill rates). • Confirm daily draw projections (exotic lake ~5 m³/day, native lake ~2 m³/day). • Model rainwater harvesting potential from 6,000–10,000 m² of roof area with 1,000–2,000 m³ storage tanks. • Review flood protection, runoff, and drainage strategy. • Draft technical sections for CHG permit submission. • Provide clear, professional documentation to support grant and permit applications.
