What you will do Join Johnson Controls UK&I Service team as an HVAC Service Engineer in our Nort-West branch. This mobile role supports our mission as a leading provider of equipment, controls, and services for HVAC and refrigeration. You’ll work as part of our skilled team, acting as the main contact for technical service issues and routine maintenance. How you will do it You’ll troubleshoot and resolve HVACR issues efficiently, following defined processes and service agreements. Preventative maintenance (PPM) will be a key part of your role, along with clear communication of findings, next steps, and upgrade recommendations. Customer communication is essential, and you’ll prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation. Safety is a top priority, and your independent contributions will support the team’s overall success.
