The role sits at the heart of delivering HR services across the organisation, supporting recruitment, policy development, HR metrics and people-focused projects. Key responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment and selection processesDraft, review and update HR policies, procedures and guidanceAnalyse HR metrics such as absence, turnover and recruitment dataPrepare management reports, proposals and recommendationsSupport People and Organisational Development projects and workstreamsParticipate in job evaluation and workforce planning activitiesAct as an HR subject matter expert on organisational and corporate projectsSupport operational HR activity across the wider HR teamUndertake continuous professional development, including CIPD Level 5 qualification Experience/Q
