- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of all contingent workers.
- Process HR invoices for payment.
- Administrative tasks like filing, copying, preparing documents, updating materials/presentations.
- Process post- Employment Background checks.
- Respond to verifications of employment.
- Assist with merger and acquisition activities.
- Assist with special HR projects.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Work Experience and Education:
- Experience working within an HR department to include the use of Workday
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel
