The Human Resources Manager role at Olive Oasis Limited is an on-site position supporting the company’s hotel and residential property management and development activities, and the following requirements are being set out for the purpose of drafting the recruitment advertisement. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate: 1. proven experience in end-to-end human resource management within hospitality, real estate, property management, or construction-led environments. 2. strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance, and statutory obligations. 3. hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and staff retention for multi-site or on-site operational teams. 4. ability to manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence control. 5. experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and staff handbooks aligned with operational requirements. 6. strong coordination skills to work closely with site managers, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership. 7. capability to oversee payroll inputs, attendance systems, and liaison with external HR or payroll providers. 8. excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce on-site. 9. a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach suitable for a fast-paced property and hospitality environment, and 10. eligibility to work in the UK with the flexibility to be present on-site as required by operational demands.
