We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) expert to help us migrate from a free HubSpot setup into a brand-new Go High Level account. This role involves both the technical migration and initial configuration, as well as basic user training. Scope of Work: Migration & Setup - Migrate basic CRM and marketing setup from HubSpot free account to Go High Level. - Configure account for 5 users with correct permissions and profiles. Integrations - Integrate Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Group email with GHL. - Connect 2 existing websites and webforms to Go High Level. Automations & Workflows - Set up basic automations tied to Meta Ads + website/webform submissions. Workflows should: - Capture basic lead information - Send automated responses - Invite prospects to book an appointment Training & Handover - Provide user training for our 5 team members on how to use the new setup. - Deliver simple documentation or a handover guide. Requirements: - Proven experience with Go High Level setup and migration. - Strong knowledge of integrations with Meta Ads, WhatsApp, social media, and email tools. - Ability to create basic automation workflows (lead capture → nurture → appointment). - Clear communication and ability to train non-technical staff. Deliverables: - Fully functional GHL account with integrations live. - Automated lead capture + appointment booking workflows. - 5 trained users with logins and a quick reference guide. Project Type: - One-time setup and training (with potential for follow-on support).
