Title: HubSpot Dashboard, Pipeline & Automation Setup Specialist (One-Off Project) — SaaS Description: We are a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to help us set up dashboards, optimise our sales pipeline, and configure key automation. This is a one-off project with clear deliverables. We need someone who can work quickly, communicate clearly, and set up a clean, accurate CRM foundation for reporting and forecasting. Scope of Work 1. Dashboard Creation - Build actionable dashboards for: - Lead generation and attribution - Pipeline performance and stage conversion - Forecasting and revenue metrics - Sales activity tracking - Ensure dashboards are accurate, organised, and easy for our team to use. 2. Pipeline & Funnel Setup - Review our existing pipeline and propose improvements. - Create or refine deal stages aligned with a typical B2B SaaS sales process. - Set up funnel reports across lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won/Lost). - Configure required properties and fields for consistent tracking. 3. Automation Setup - Build or refine workflows for: - Automated movement between lifecycle stages (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) - Assignment rules and notifications - Lead scoring (behavioural + demographic) - Data hygiene alerts (incomplete or missing fields) - Provide best-practice guidance for scalable SaaS automation. 4. CRM Optimisation - Improve field structure, required fields, and validation. - Review existing workflows for efficiency and remove outdated logic. - Ensure contacts, companies, and deals are configured for reliable reporting. Requirements - Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (HubSpot-certified preferred). - Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, pipelines, and automation. - Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions and metrics. - Strong communication and ability to deliver independently.
