## 💼 Project Overview We are an international consulting and digital services company seeking an experienced **HubSpot and automation specialist** to set up, configure, and optimize our CRM environment. The main objective is to integrate our **WhatsApp Business Account** with **HubSpot**, automate lead capture from our website, and streamline client communication across all channels (WhatsApp, email, and web forms). --- ## 🔧 Scope of Work ### 1. HubSpot CRM Setup & Configuration * Review and optimize our existing HubSpot CRM. * Configure **pipelines, contact properties, and deal stages** for both sales and service workflows. * Set up **automated lead routing** to assign new leads to the right team member. * Integrate website contact and booking forms into HubSpot. ### 2. WhatsApp Business Integration * Connect our **WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)** via **Meta Business Manager** to HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox. * Verify the business number and test API connection. * Create and test **automated WhatsApp message templates** (welcome, follow-up, and reminder messages). * Set up **workflows** to automatically send WhatsApp messages after form submission or when deals reach certain stages. * Provide a short tutorial or documentation for our internal team. ### 3. Website & Lead Flow Integration * Link all lead capture forms on our website to HubSpot. * Implement **click-to-chat WhatsApp buttons** across the website. * Build **thank-you page triggers** for follow-up messages and emails. * Ensure accurate **lead source tracking** in HubSpot (form, WhatsApp, ad campaign, etc.). ### 4.
