Job Description

As the HSEQ Analyst, you will manage and analyse HSEQ data, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate across multiple teams to enhance operational performance.​

You will contribute to bids, tenders, mobilisations, and transitions while ensuring accurate reporting and promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities​

Collate, analyse, and disseminate HSEQ statistics, insights, and performance reports.

Manage HSEQ purchasing and GRN processes.

Lead insight performance projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate on bids, tenders, mobilisations, and transitions to support operational delivery.

Maintain and enhance HSEQ SharePoint pages and data systems.

Track internal metrics, including incidents, IRP completion, and compliance requirements.

Promote consistent HSEQ practices across teams and sites.

Contribute to the delivery of ISS and customer HSEQ programs.

Identify, assess, and manage HSEQ risks and opportunities effectively.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

​Experience in HSEQ administration within a complex matrix organisation.

Background in hard and soft facilities management preferred.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong passion for HSEQ with the ability to embed it into daily operations.

Formal qualification in Health & Safety or Environmental Management (e.g., IEMA, NVQ Level 3).

Demonstrated competencies in customer focus, collaboration, results-driven mindset, and business acumen.

Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD) and continuous improvement.
