About

We’re looking for an HRIS Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis, to play an essential role in supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and development of our new HRIS. This is a key position ensuring the system operates as a reliable, user friendly tool that supports data integrity, reporting, and HR operations across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Play a key role in collating, cleansing, and validating people data.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation.

  • Support system configuration and testing.

  • Manage general administrative coordination, including project trackers, user access logs, and communications to ensure a smooth go live.

  • Maintain core data accuracy.

  • Administer workflows and permissions.

  • Produce routine HR reports and dashboards.

  • Provide day-to-day system support and guidance to users.
