We're hiring an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to support a major HR Transformation Programme within our Chief Controls Office. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape core HR processes and drive meaningful change across the organisation. Contract: 6months What you'll do ? Represent BPM across the HR Transformation Programme? Lead cross-functional process mapping (BPMN 2.0)? Contribute to target-state HR process design? Partner with 1LOD teams and programme stakeholders? Work closely with Risk & Controls SMEs to strengthen frameworks? Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and emerging issues What we're looking for ?? Experience in 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD, risk & controls, or process remediation?? Strong business analysis & process-mapping skills (Visio/other tools)?? Financial Services or Consulting background?? Solid understanding of HR operations & processes?? Excellent communication & stakeholder-engagement abilities?? Highly organised, detail-driven, confident facilitator Nice to have Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Operating Model design experience.
