The team's proposition is to provide guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day to day HR needs for employee by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee focused processes. The overall objective of the role is to improve the employee and manager experience when interacting with the HR technology solutions delivered by HRP&D with a focus on AI , Workday and ServiceNow systems. Support the HRP&D team to deliver technology design, updated functionality and re-engineering technology solutions ensuring the employee and manager experience within Workday and ServiceNow is at the foremost in design thinking. This role is a Fixed Term Contract senior level position reporting to the Head of HRP&D Process Design & Re-engineering. What you'll do Responsible for the ensuring the effectiveness of technology solutions within the HR function utilizing AI, Workday and ServiceNow systems to design and enhance the Employee and Manager experience, managing a small team in identifying and testing new initiatives , working with the technology team and HR process owners to create innovative and systemic solutions.Identify priorities and opportunities for re-engineering, improved functionality and quality change management.Communicate effectively and present designs utilising data and different techniques to identify and understand users and their needs.Employ a wide range of skills, interviewing users, creating
