Please note this is a fixed term position for 12 months maternity coverWorking hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, working a minimum of 40% across each month in the Territorial Headquarters, London, SE5 8FJ Salary: £37,596 - 43,012 per annum (Depending on location and experience)Working details: Agile - working remotely and site based as required Interview Date: To be confirmedOne of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army, is looking for a solutions-focused individual to join as HR Systems Analyst for twelve months.Working as part of the HR Systems team, you will be working to develop, maintain and enhance the Salvation Army’s HR and Payroll systems by providing experienced systems configuration, analytics/management information and project leading and operational user guidance and support.The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the HR IS systems in use meet our business and missional requirements and you will be involved with helping to implements new systems and processes and providing analytics to monitoring effectiveness. As a business systems analyst to our various HR and Payroll systems, you will be an information systems and data expert. You will be responsible for providing system support to our service users and system maintenance, delivering training, data reporting and analytics and significantly involved and playing a large role in delivering a portfolio of system related projects.
