Role Level: Mid-level Specialist - Requires proven experience in recruitment or HR operations. - Works independently after expectations are set, reporting to management for alignment and approvals. Candidate Requirements / Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in fast-paced, remote, or eCommerce environments with 20+ employees - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously. - Proficient in Notion and ClickUp for applicant tracking. - Reliable, responsive, and committed to meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or eCommerce roles. - Basic understanding of HR compliance and best practices in remote setups. - Experience conducting structured interviews and providing actionable feedback. - Skilled in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, or outreach campaigns. Job Description As our HR Specialist, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR operations. You will be in charge of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while maintaining organized tracking of all applicants. You’ll collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Key Tasks and Duties: - Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and shortlisting candidates. - Maintain accurate candidate databases and status tracking. - Collaborate with management to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. - Ensure seamless communication with candidates and assist with onboarding handover. - (Future scope) Conduct one-on-one calls or performance check-ins as needed.
