Candidate Requirements / Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in fast-paced, remote, or eCommerce environments with 20+ employees - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously. - Proficient in Notion and ClickUp for applicant tracking. - Reliable, responsive, and committed to meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or eCommerce roles. - Basic understanding of HR compliance and best practices in remote setups. - Experience conducting structured interviews and providing actionable feedback. - Skilled in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, or outreach campaigns.
