Job Title:HR Program Manager – Employee Engagement & Inclusion Location: UK- RemoteDuration:- 12 MonthsResponsibilities:Facilitate regular meetings and touchpoints with leaders across EMEA & APAC.Project manage heritage month and other key programming, enabling resource groups to efficiently deliver impactful community events.Produce presentations, planning documents, and communications to support ERG initiatives and events.Provide event management support for major programming and heritage month launches.Collaborate with Community Engagement Managers and cross-functional partners to help ERGs develop proactive roadmaps, manage core processes, and deliver programming efficiently.Oversee core ERG processes, including lead recruitment, event planning, and budget management.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using project management best practices and automation.Track and measure the impact of ERG programming using qualitative and quantitative metrics.Requirements:5-7 years of program or project management experience.Background in human resources, employee engagement, or equivalent experience.Proven experience supporting ERGs or similar communities to deliver events and communications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in global or matrixed organizations.Experience working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in EMEA & APAC.Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools.Ability to navigate ambiguity, summarize input, build consensus, and execute initiatives end-to-end.
