Interim HR Operations Manager – 12 Month FTCNottingham - Hybrid 2 days in the office£55,000 - £65,000We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to step in and lead our clients People Operations team for the next 12 months.This role sits right at the centre of the colleague experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day people operations, manage complex employee relations cases, and support leaders through the tricky stuff with clear, practical advice.You’ll also play a key part in getting the organisation ready for upcoming changes linked to the Employment Rights Bill, making sure our policies, processes and systems are fit for purpose.What you’ll be doing:Leading and developing the People Operations teamActing as the escalation point for complex ER mattersCoaching managers through sensitive situationsReviewing and improving HR processesEnsuring compliance with UK employment lawStrengthening governance and maintaining accurate, inclusive policiesUsing HR systems and data to improve efficiency and insightWe’re looking for someone who has:Strong experience leading HR advisory / operations teamsSolid UK employment law knowledgeA track record of managing complex ER casesConfidence working with HR systems and driving process improvementThe ability to influence and support senior stakeholdersCIPD qualification is desirable.If you’re hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable dealing with complexity, this could be a great 12-month opportunity to make a real difference.
