As we continue to expand, we're looking for a stand alone experienced and confident HR professional, CIPD qualified with 3 years' experience and to take full ownership of our HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the department from the ground up and make a genuine impact across the entire business. About the role: As our sole HR professional, you will be the go-to person for all HR matters. You'll have the autonomy to build effective processes, implement best practices, and support our managers and employees across every stage of the employee lifecycle. Key duties: Leading all day-to-day HR operations and acting as the first point of contact for HR queriesManaging recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new startersMaintaining and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee recordsSupporting managers with employee relations, performance management, and developmentOverseeing payroll inputs and liaising with finance (if applicable)Managing training, benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activitiesEnsuring compliance with employment legislation and best-practice HR standards together with our Employment Law specialistsDeveloping HR processes that support our long-term growth About you<
