  • Partner with the manufacturing leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining positive employee relations. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead projects to implement changes in relation to systems and/or benefits Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinaries, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with people leaders to develop and implement robust development plans. Collaborate with corporate HR and learning and development teams to deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans. Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture. Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
