About to go through an exciting expansion and period of change, the time is right for them to hire and onboard their 'first of its kind' HR Manager.Ideally bringing experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic SME, with strategic input absolutely on offer and needed, the business is offering the opportunity to help them shape a new culture, with new and structured process and policy A part time, permanent role; hours can be flexible to suit - a rarely available thing sadly, but great for the successful applicant.A new role, it's a real opportunity for someone to make their mark and be an integral part of business growth and HR strategy, albeit within the rare frame of a part time role.The main duties are:Manage internal staff relations and where required, deal with disagreements, complaints, and grievances.Provide strategy for compensation & benefits improvements, with the importance of the company's strong cultural identity at the fore.Set standards for training, development, succession planning and retention of staff across the company.Support current and future business needs through employee learning & development, engagement, motivation, and retention.Be the first point of contact for all generalist HR requirements and beyond.This is a rarely available role in the local market and we'd love to hear from anyone keen to learn more about its scope. A real challenge is on offer, but within a successful and strong business where people are at the forefront of success.You should be an out and out generalist to be considered and the reality of the location is that you'll need to have your own transport.
