Overview: We are looking for a freelance HR Manager with strong recruitment expertise to help us set up and manage our hiring process across IT and Healthcare roles. Our goal is to build an efficient recruitment workflow, attract qualified candidates, and streamline hiring for critical positions. Responsibilities: ● Review our current hiring process and suggest improvements ● Create job descriptions tailored to IT and Healthcare roles ● Develop a standardized screening and interview process ● Build an initial candidate pipeline (15–20 qualified profiles) for key positions ● Prepare structured documentation (job templates, interview scorecards, candidate pipeline sheet) ● Provide recommendations for ATS/job boards to support long-term hiring needs Requirements: ● Proven experience as an HR Manager / Hiring Manager with focus on recruitment and Human Resources. ● Strong background in sourcing, screening, and evaluating IT and Healthcare talent ● Knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job boards ● Excellent communication and organizational skills ● Ability to deliver within deadlines
