Established educational establishment in North London are actively recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join on an ongoing temporary basis for 3-6 months to assist the HR team. You will report into the HR Director, the ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager with at least 10 years’ experience within the Education sector and CIPD qualified. You will join a friendly, sociable organisation that values well-being, the role will be office based 5 days with a choice of working hours of either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Free onsite parking is available.Key responsibilities:Managing employee relations issuesProviding HR / coaching support to internal staff to assist with career progression planningOnboarding, recruitment, creating, amending contracts and assisting with headcount planningUpdating HR systems and databases, creating high level HR reports Assisting Finance with payrollActively assisting with performance reviews and supporting managers Ideal candidate:10 years HR Management experience within the Education sectorCIPD qualified (ideally)Advanced MS Office, I.T. savvyIdeally extensive experience liaising with UnionsUsed to working in a fast paced environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to secure an ongoing role well into next year.
