Role Summary The HR Manager will lead the delivery of a high-quality Human Resources function across the UK, ROI, and EMEA regions. This role is responsible for overseeing employee relations, driving HR policy development, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and providing strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees. The HR Manager will champion a culture of excellence, consistency, and customer focus within HR operations. Key Responsibilities Provide expert, proactive HR advice on policies, terms and conditions, employment legislation, and best practice across multiple regions.Lead and coach managers through complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases, ensuring consistent application of policy and process.Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure compliance with UK, NI, and ROI employment law, as well as regional requirements across EMEA.Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of HR data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Ensure HR Information Systems and electronic documentation are accurate, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.Partner with the L&D function to design and deliver HR-related training a
