This associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on process improvement areas across the broader UK and HR team along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as talent management and performance management activities. What you'll do Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to execute the enterprise-wide annual talent and performance calendar of activitiesDevelop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or "train the trainer" sessionsBe a part of our Talent Development Team; engaging in shared problem solving, connecting dots, and contributing to the engagement of our broader HR teamCollaborate with HR Partners to design and deliver on key strategic projects in support of the overall organisational goals eg (Compensation, Training, and Communications)Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as neededPrepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversationsComplete promotion and compensation changes in WorkdayProvide reporting/analysis support to HRBPs for client groupsReview All Associate Survey data and partner with HRBPs to develop insights and summariesManage project workstreams and/or small-scale projects in support of team goals or business needsDesign and maintain HR calendar of activities and deliverables for clients and HRBPsProvide feedback to help drive continuous improvement of these programsEnsure alignment with other HRBP
