- Be the go-to person for all employee questions about HR processes, from benefits to company policies.

- Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our HR function running smoothly.

- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

- Foster a positive and collaborative company culture. Plan and execute events, including meetups and engagement activities, that strengthen team bonds and foster a positive culture.

Proven experience as HR generalist (3 years, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment).
