We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to play a key operational role in delivering a high-quality HR service across Focus Birmingham.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support the full employee and volunteer lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on workforce experience, engagement, learning and development, wellbeing and recruitment best practice. You will help ensure our HR processes are inclusive, compliant and continuously improving, contributing to a positive experience of working and volunteering with us.
