Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00£13 per hour We are looking for a reliable and organised HR, Facilities & Compliance Administrator to support our people operations, workplace services and compliance activity.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, maintaining high standards, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.You will provide administrative support across HR, facilities, health & safety, and compliance functions, playing a key part in maintaining operational efficiency across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationMaintain employee records Update absence records Support annual leave/time-off administration and trackersPrepare and amend HR documentation Act as first point of contact for HR queriesRespond to employment referencesHandle mortgage/rental/lender requests Support payroll inputsArrange travel and process expensesRecruitment Agencies & Temporary StaffLiaise with recruitment agenciesCoordinate temporary staff bookingsManage timesheets and attendance detailsSupport shift allocation and communicationRecord and coordinate temporary staff time offVisitors & MeetingsSupport visitor control processes (sign-in/out, badges, inductions, contractor coordination)Arrange and coordinate internal meetings, including room bookingsUniform & PPEOrder, issue and maintain uniform and PPE recordsMonitor stock levels and arrange replacementsFacilities & Health & SafetyComplete and log fire alarm tests, extinguisher checks and first-aid box replenishmentConduct housekeeping walk-arounds and apply
