The Role In this position, you'll be responsible for owning and enhancing HR data reporting and analytics, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights. You'll analyse complex data-sets, design and maintain dashboards, and provide actionable intelligence to support strategic workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
