- Job Description
- This role will focus on leading and supporting strategic HR initiatives and transformation programmes across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring that HR projects are aligned with business goals and delivered effectively.
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of HR projects, including organisational change, talent and succession planning, SuccessFactor implementation and policy development.
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR project needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (e.g., Talent, Reward, L&D) to implement initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
- Analyse data and metrics to evaluate project impact and inform decision-making.
- Support change management activities, including implementing the Navantia values and behaviours, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Qualifications
- Mandatory to have experience in using SuccessFactors in an industrial environment.
- Advantageous to have experience in Shipbuilding and heavy fabrication and must be able to achieve security clearance
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Project Manager in a complex organisation.
- Strong project management skills, ideally with formal training (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing change and transformation programmes.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
