You'll support a dedicated business area, working closely with leaders to deliver true business partnering across ER, change, people planning and the full colleague lifecycle. What you'll be doing: Providing confident, pragmatic advice across complex ER and performance matters Leading on change activity and supporting transformational projects Developing people plans and using data/insights to drive improvements Coaching managers and building capability across your business area Partnering closely with a strong team of HRBPs in a supportive, values-led environment What you'll need:? Solid HRBP experience? Strong ER background & employment law knowledge? Ability to challenge, influence and push back when needed? Resilience, credibility & great relationship-building skills?
