Our client is a well respected and high growth business operating within the professional services industry with multiple offices based across the UK.As part of the companies continued expansion, Nenebrook HR have been retained to assist with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner.Supporting the COO, the HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the business goals of the firm. This position is responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Due to the multi office nature of this client, This role is set to be offered on a Hybrid Working basis with a high volume of remote working however some UK Travel will be required.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Management:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.Partner with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR insights for decision-making.Identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.Line Management:Directly line manage the HR Assistant, including workload allocation, coaching, development planning, regular check-ins and performance reviews.Ensure HR administrative processes are timely, accurate, and compliant.Support the development of HR capability within the team, fostering continuous improvement and high service standards.Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of firm policies.Talent Acquisition and Retention:Collaborate with recruitment teams to attr
