This is a strategic, hands-on role that will advise leaders, manage employee relations, and help build managers’ capability whilst offering the post holder variety, impact, and the chance to contribute to projects that improve HR service delivery across the organisation.Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR business partnering to managers, offering pragmatic advice on people mattersLead and manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, capability, grievance) from investigation to resolutionSupport organisational change activity, including restructures and TUPE where requiredCoach and develop managers to handle people issues independently and in line with policy and employment lawDeliver HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to add value to the serviceMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with procedures and best practiceWork flexibly between homeworking and sites across the Norfolk/ Suffolk area Essential skills & experience Proven HR generalist experience with demonstrable employee relations and HR business partnering skills in a complex environmentStrong ability to advise managers, make robust decisions, and manage sensitive situations calmlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levelsGood organisational skills and experience managing multiple prioritiesWillingness
