Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support both our Remote and Headquarters (HQ) operations. This multifaceted role will be responsible for a wide range of recruitment and HR administrative tasks, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding processes, training coordination, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, including conducting interviews and candidate assessments
  • Sourcing experience, including LinkedIn search, Boolean strings, and ATS management (BambooHR); Handshake experience is a plus
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Training and Development
  • Payroll, Time Off Management, and Time Tracking
  • Administrative and Event Coordination
  • Liaising between team members, management, and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong command of grammar
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field (HR, recruitment, or administrative support)
  • Willingness and ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours
