Fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant looking to make an impact in a long-standing public sector organisation. We're working in partnership with a respected institution based in Manchester, seeking immediate support within their HR team, on a 6-month basis initially (potential for extension). The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team, supporting across the full employee lifecycle, managing the HR inbox, providing first line HR advice, onboarding management, sickness etc. Due to the nature of the role, a strong HR background is essential - as you'll need to hit the ground running. What You'll Need: Proven experience in HR.Confidence using HR systems.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with colleagues across all levels.A proactive mindset and readiness to work at pace.
