Are you an organised , proactive and people-focused individual looking to build your career in Human Resources?

We're now on the look out for an HR Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis in Dundee. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming, professional and truly people focused HR team.

This role can be based permanently in our Dundee office, or part of our hybrid working model where a minimum of 3 days will be spent in our Dundee office. If looking to work in a hybrid way, we will need you to live within a reasonable commute of Dundee.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll get to develop and learn new skills within various aspects of HR. This is in an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same.

As our HR Assistant you'll work alongside our HR Advisor and wider stakeholders across the organisation, providing general HR administrative support and assisting with day-today HR tasks including; managing enquiries, preparing agendas, minute taking, updating records, processing occupational health referrals and HR invoices.

About You

It would be great if you have previous experience within an HR setting, but this isn't essential if you're bringing a strong administrative background, sound attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

What we’ll need you to bring: -

Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role
Organisational and time management skills
A polite, approachable and friendly manner with a passion for helping others
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to produce high quality, accurate work
Confidence working with office-related computer packages
The ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
A positive approach with a eagerness to learn
