Supporting our exciting new contract, SGN (Scotia Gas Networks) and shaping the success of its start-up phase, you will provide HR first line guidance to the site management team on HR practice, supporting the HR Manager to deliver the People Plan, support engagement and comms initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, and to develop the correct behaviours and culture according to the GXO Values.This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00, with some flexibility required as this opportunity involves regular travel across the Southern regions of the UK, so candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and working across multiple sites. Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£35,000.00 per annum (dependant on experience) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
