HR Advisor We are seeking an HR Advisor to join a team of HR generalists supporting the operations departments. This role involves a true generalist remit, including employee relations, recruitment, reward, and learning and development activities. Day-to-day of the role: HR Advisor to key stakeholders offering pragmatic and proactive advice.Manage employee relations caseworkBuild effective relationships at all levels, advising on HR policies and issues to ensure good HR practice.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the HR Information system.Handle pay and job changes, ensuring all paperwork is completed and accurately recorded.Collaborate on reward activities and provide relevant HR metrics and reports.Assist in reviewing staffing structures, including job descriptions, salary benchmarking, and recruitment processes.Support Learning and Development initiatives, assisting in the design and coordination of training courses.Conduct pre-employment checksPrepare and update contracts and offer paperworkFacilitate effective employee induction and exit interviewing processes.Maintain a regular, visible presence to stakeholders and continually seek ways to improve HR practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR generalistSound knowledge of UK employment law, including immigration and right to work requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using and maintaining an HRIS.Strong numeracy and literacy skills.CIPD qualification is ideal but not mandatory. Please note this role is term time only.
