A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a well-established people team based in the South Manchester area. This is a true generalist role where you will deliver a proactive, professional and commercially driven HR service to the business. This is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for: Being the first point of contact for Managers on all employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance related issuesPreparation of documentation, attending HR meetings and ensuring outcomes are implemented effectivelySupporting Managers with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient onboarding processEnsuring accurate administration of employee lifecycle changesContinually reviewing HR policies and procedures, in line with legislative changesDriving the delivery of learning, engagement and wellbeing initiativesProducing HR reports with analysis for the broader business The ideal candidate for this role will be a true generalist with strong employment law knowledge along with the ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
