This is a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure to complex casework, change programmes and senior stakeholder engagement. What you’ll do Provide high-quality, proactive HR advice across a full range of employee relations mattersManage complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances and investigationsSupport change management and organisational development initiativesAdvise on employment law, policies and best practiceDeliver HR training and support recruitment activity You’ll work closely with senior managers and the Head of People to deliver people strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
