We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor, who is seeking the development opportunities and stability that comes with an all-encompassing role of working within a busy transactional People Team. We are located in the heart of Manchester and are within close proximity to transport links. We have a hybrid working approach so you will be required to work at our main office in Manchester one day per week and the rest from home. Role Responsibility We are seeking someone to join our team who is confident in being the first point of contact for ER guidance and so able to offer extensive transactional advice and support to a team of front line managers and area management teams. You will have the drive to want to coach the managers that you speak to so that next time they will feel more confident in managing their own queries. You will have a thorough understanding of the disciplinary and grievance process, provide support to manage general conduct and performance concerns. You will have handled disciplinary activity up to and including gross misconduct cases and be confident in your own advice and making escalations as required.
