Our client, a leading firm in the Legal sector is seeking an HR Advisor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.Due to growth our client is looking to hire an HR Advisor to join their HR department, where you will be working closely with the wider team to help support and guide Managers within the firm with all people-related tasks, whilst acting as the go-to for HR queries, questions and advice whilst supporting the firms’ wider people strategy.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and will ideally be CIPD qualified.Key Responsibilities:Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including staff inductions and exit interviewsMaintain accurate employee records, ensuring the internal HR systems are maintained and updated regularlyAct as the first point of contact for employee-related questions and HR queriesAssist with recruitmentProvide guidance on employee-related matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, absences and performanceSupport with HR-related projects across the firmKey Experience:Minimum of 35 years’ HR experiencePrevious experience in the Legal / professional services field would be advantageous, although not essentialCIPD Level 3 / 5 qualifiedStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practiceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all timesConfident liaising with colleagues of all levels across the firmAble to advise and guide Management with people-related queriesThis is an exceptional opportunity for a People and Culture Adviser to join a thriving firm who are leaders within their field.You will be working with a knowledgeable team, working on both day-to-day HR duties as well as project work, contributing to the people strategy within a su
