Location: Feltham (Office-based, with some flexibility)Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Are you an experienced and proactive HR professional ready to hit the ground running? My client is seeking a confident HR Assistant to support their busy HR function during a critical period. The Role This is a hands-on HR support role where you’ll work closely with the HR Manager and Payroll team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, onboarding, payroll support, and employee record management. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across all HR processesProcess DBS checks and maintain accurate recordsSupport onboarding: issue contracts, process new starter forms, conduct ID and RTW checksAssist with payroll preparation and liaise with the finance teamMaintain HR and payroll databases and filing systemsSupport recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordinationAssist with disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal processes, including minute-takingMaintain employee records including absence, holiday, and sickness trackingRespond to reference requests and general HR queriesLiaise with external providers such as BrightHR and CIPD Inform About You Essential: Previous experience in an HR administrative roleStrong initiative and ability to work independentlyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsComfortable managing a high volume of administrative tasks Desirable: CIPD Level 3 or aboveExperience using BrightHR and IRIS payroll systems Why Apply?
